The coalition is a leader in advancing public policies and legal ordinances that protect public health and the environment from toxic pollution in southern California. This three-year grant supports the adoption of clean-air plans for the Port of San Diego and the San Diego/Tijuana border crossing, as well as the development and dissemination of a community-planning model in California and nationally.
